How We Started

We started Longhorn AI because we spent years running businesses and realized the tools on the market were built by people who had never actually done it.

Our team combines over 12 years of real-world business operations with cutting-edge AI technology. We have sold hundreds of homes across multiple builders in central Texas. We have run franchise operations. We have managed teams. We have handled customer complaints at midnight and scrambled to close deals before the weekend.

Somewhere along the way, we got tired of doing the same work twice — so we built systems to do it for us. We started automating our own business operations out of necessity, not because we were technologists. We were business owners drowning in administrative work and looking for a life raft.

The results were immediate. Tasks that ate up hours were handled in seconds. Follow-ups that used to slip through the cracks happened automatically. We had visibility into operations that we never had before. For the first time in years, we had time to actually think strategically instead of just firefighting.

Why We Built This

Small business owners do not need another tool. They need someone who understands their business and can build a system that actually works — within their budget, on their timeline, using their existing tools.

We understand small business because we are small business owners. We have spent years running businesses, not just building software. We know what it is like to work 70-hour weeks and still fall behind. We know what it is like to miss a family dinner because a customer emergency came up.
